Development Pipeline

Uptown has seen significant investment since 2010, adding over 300 new residential units through new construction and renovation. There are 332 more units currently in the pipeline.

Items in YELLOW are moving through the Pittsburgh Development Approval process. Items in GREEN have approved plans and/or have broken ground. Items in RED are in a conceptual phase or on hold, but plans for development are public. Items in BLUE are fully completed.

Development Activities Meetings

As a Registered Community Organization (RCO) Uptown Partners hosts with the Department of City Planning Development Activities Meetings. These are open community meetings to ensure that neighbors of proposed developments are notified and have an opportunity to provide input regarding zoning decisions that may impact them.
