The formal boundaries of the Uptown EcoInnovation District (EID), Uptown Partners of Pittsburgh plays a crucial role in linking sustainable neighborhood development activities to Uptown’s community of residents, businesses, and institutions. This Community Engagement & Communications plan outlines Uptown Partners’ current means of communicating to and with the community about the Uptown EcoInnovation District planning process and other neighborhood planning and development events and provide suggestions for future practice.
